Construction & Materials

The door frame is manufactured from high-quality galvanized or cold-rolled steel, ensuring dimensional stability, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability. The wooden door leaf is constructed with a solid core or fire-resistant composite core, reinforced internally to maintain structural integrity under fire exposure.

Intumescent fire seals are installed along the frame or leaf edges. In the event of fire, these seals expand to close gaps between the door and frame, preventing the spread of flames and hot gases. Optional smoke seals are available to enhance smoke control performance.
